Refund & Shipping Policy

At My Gator Gear, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, all sales are final—we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or simply due to a change of mind.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund.
To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
  • You must provide a clear photo showing the issue.
  • If multiple items are affected, please include one photo (or video) showing all damaged/defective products together.
2. Print Tolerance

Please note that for DTG (direct-to-garment) products, a slight variation of up to 0.5 inches in print placement is considered acceptable and not a defect.

3. Wrong Size, Color, or Address Issues
  • We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or design was ordered.
  • In case of an unsuccessful delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided), you may request:
  • A reprint (with an extra shipping charge), or
  • A partial refund.
4. Order Cancellations Because all products are made to order, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order enters production and cannot be canceled.
5. Refund Method Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. How to Report an Issue

To request a replacement or refund for a damaged/defective order, please email us at sales@mygatorgear.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (or video, if multiple items are affected)
